    Returns and Refund Policy
    In the event of a faulty item, please contact me via the above methods
     
    Due to covid, I am currently unable to accept returns if the items are not faulty, but please do get in touch so that we can figure something out

    Shipping
    Orders are posted first class (signed for) within 3 working days of ordering (postage costs are additional & variable dependant on weight) 
    Collection from shop is always an option and local free delivery is occasionally available (within 5 miles from Lichfield Staffs)
