New beginnings!

So 2026 has been a heck of a year and we are just over halfway through, dont panic im not mentioning the "C' word....yet!

If you are a facebook follower or an instagram OG then you will already know that Little Flock closed its beloved sheep shed in Lichfield early 2025 promptly followed by a house move and a big life change for everyone! We upped sticks and bought an old mill in Wales and we havent looked back.....in truth we havent had chance!!

As Little Flock was mothballed a bit (completely ignored) we just about mustered one Christmas Market and then went back into hibernation, we arent being aloof or pompus in our market choices we just didnt have spare energy or brain space, however this one market was wonderful and LF made some new friends (we will come back to this) creative, clever and talented people who freely gave welcome advise with generosity and kindness (novel to me!!) Im not used to this thats for sure!

For fear of waffling on I will flash forward to April 2026 and a brief conversation in a local pub that went:- "I want to have a chat with you...." I replied "Oh Ok - that sounds interesting" and thats where it all went quiet....we never did complete that chat... (its normal for Wales)

Roll on a little while and several god awful heatwaves later the conversation carried on as if there hadnt been 3 months of a gap ... "Ah I wanted to speak to you....how do you fancy putting some of your gorgeous throws in my florists?"......... "Well yes please and thank you, I would love to"

So in Julys final days I pottered over to "Bluebells Florists" in Rhayader which is owned by the lovely and very talented Molly and I dropped off a selection of pure wool throws, some lavender bags and afew velvet cushions.

Bluebells Florist is set in a beautiful and very old building, its on the main street heading west out of the town which is busy, bustling and currently full of very happy holidayers!

Its worth a trip for a mooch about and obviously you must pop your head around the door of Bluebells to say hello!!!!
